I'm still awaiting the reimbursement

On sept 30 i purchased two seats from expedia to visit on dec 29 to madrid. On oct my spouse had a collision with cerebral hemorrhage. I contact expedia to stop the journey plus they explained that I've annually to make use of the seats because of the scenario. Our error was that in my opinion the things they explained.

After I asked again for that reimbursement they ask me to get a doctors notice. I delivered all of the documents they ask me for via fax INCH-678-392-1033. On july 7 i request again for that reimbursement plus they believed to me that it requires two or three billings intervals to become repaid to my charge card. I'm still awaiting the reimbursement. While recently i delivered an email for them requesting the reimbursement. They explained that I've to spoken to iberia at 800-574-8742. Then i contact iberia plus they explained that i purchased the solution thru expedia plus they are the main one that has to offered me the reimbursement. I believe that they're enjoying pi-pon with my scenario.
