I requested a warm drink accessory which was very costly ($65). The delivery was expensive and SLUGGISH. Due to the slowness of the delivery, used to do not get the item over time to make use of it in 2010 spring team period (the reason for that purchase). I held it in its unique presentation until this 2011 period. I used the merchandise twice effectively. The 3rd time it started dripping. Ended up that it'd dissolved about the inside. A warm drinks accessory that can't accept temperature! After I named to protest, Wassertrom was totally unhelpful. They basically blew me down due to the time period. However the item was defective! Any organization that cares about customers might have accomplished anything for me personally. Evidently Wasserstrom just cares about industrial customers. Prevent this site! They market low quality to get a fortune and do not back you up whenever you encounter difficulties.
