I actually discovered a promotional code for-free delivery. The web site stated my item was in-stock. 24 hours later I obtained an email having said that my purchase was ended since it was from stock. No issue about whether I needed to back-order, no apology, with no payment for my wated period or motivation to actually purchase from their website again. This isn't a business that cares about its clients.
