Never able to speak to real person

Purchase an item from website on April 25. Paid for quicker shipping, 3-6 business days. After this time interval I named many times, providers were usually hectic and was inspired to depart a note, never ready to talk to actual individual. Sent many times also it was only if I published an adverse reaction on the feedback website did I receive a contact apologizing for that wait. Created reasons and stated on May 4th it'd be delivered out instantly... It's today May 13th... However no product.
