Omnitech Supprot
Total rip off

Internet & Web

I was having difficulty with bolding not working correctly in Word 10, especailly in autotext.

The first tech I talked told me I had a virus. He called mallious software from surfing the net. Right. I have a very reliabel virus scan that runs every night. When he couldn't fix the problem, he cut me off. The message said lost connections. Right.

I called back. Mind you, you cannot speaking directly with anyone. I got a different tech. He told he was almost and low and behold. I owend $79.99 for him doing this and then he tried to sell some package for $299.99 to have 24/7 support, right. I paid the $80.00 because this guy was in my computer and if it didn't he could really mess it. Then he could seem to fix the problem either so he switch me to an expert, and this were my trouble really began. I could tell by the files he was clicking on what he was doing he knew less than I did. He end up losing a day and half of entries.

I told him to have his supervisor call me, I wanted a refund. Some girl called me later and wanted me to give them another chance but I still could not talk to anybody. Right, I don't think, so now I am left with a day and half of enteries totally gone and a bolding problem. I probably will never see my money either.
