Hello,
I purchased an information product from digibrek via their website at www.doublepayback.com. I paid $692.00 plus shipping on January 2. I received the product on January 5. I spent the next several days looking at the product. I decided that the product wasn't what I was looking for.
On the website it said I could return the product for 100% refund guaranteed with no questions asked. I emailed Charles Ashmore from digibrek at info@doublepayback.com on January 8 letting him know that I wished to return the product and I asked to confirm the address to send the product back.
He emailed me on January 9 stating to send it to:

It arrived at his place on January 16.
Since then I have emailed six times and phoned 3 times. The phone number I used was the one on the website (337-480-3963). I have not been given a response. All communication has been ignored. Each time I have given my name, phone number, email address and what the purpose of the communication. I have requested to have my $692.00 refunded via my paypal account because that is how I paid for the product.
Minimally I want them to respond to me and let me know when I can get my refund. Ultimately I want my $692.00 back.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB.org and hope this gets resovled soon.
I sure wish I had found this site before I purchased the product!
