Charging twice in two days

Verizon fios bundles. At $79.00 month is really a rip off. I also returned their DVR and they still charged me, also they said that I ordered the Playboy channel. I did not, but they after hours of tring to call them and getting hung up on three times. Now I was charge twice within two days and I am on a fixed income and only have $3.99 left for the month. Can I get this money back no no even credits to my account. I need this money back for food.
