Recieved flowers that weren't what we asked for then asked for a full credit and got half back. Susan won't give us the rest back

We requested our blossoms in- May. We never got a telephone call to verify our purchase. Leslie required $157.94 from us and delivered people blossoms that people didn't agree. She did not actually deliver an image before she delivered us the blossoms. These were not what we expected for. Leslie subsequently stated the blossoms were ruined soon after we delivered them back to get a reimbursement whenever we exposed the container and looked over the blossoms not pressing them cause these were not raped in anything-but a sizable clear garbage bag. After delivering the blossoms back, Ann offered us a reimbursement back to the card-but was just $78.97 directly after we needed to email her again and again again on her to actually do this. Leslie won't provide us the remainder of our money-back since she claims the outstanding $78.97 was on her serivces and we shall have it when she offers the blossoms to another person. Leslie did this per week before our wedding, she did not wish to repair the blossoms cause she stated they seemed ideal. After I appeared on her site she just articles great evaluations and that I appeared on another site and unearthed that additional clients reported about her and just how she stated her spouse was ill and he or she might obtain blossoms for them the moment feasible, as she stated the same to us. Leslie wont return any telephone calls, she emails us but its simply to protect her work. Leslie don't repair the blossoms and deliver them to us until we spend her another $157.94 to obtain fresh types. I'd not recomend this site to anyone.
