Requested a set of coaches mid- November but were also little plus they had go out of inventory to switch and so I delivered them back (at my very own cost) to obtain a return. I obtained a contact to verify they'd been obtained and also the cash could be returned in seven days. Which was 25th November. I'm HOWEVER awaiting the cash. Did the next without any reaction: 1. Called their 'customer support point' however it is completely involved (Tel provided: 01438 729 021) 2. Employed their site numerous occasions to get hold of them - not once have I received an answer. It claims on the webpage that they can contact within 24 hours 3. Delivered them a notice by registered email - no reaction 4. Requested the team about the purchase point to depart messages on numerous events - again no reaction. It appears tome that purchasing is okay but discounts aren't being prepared WITH NO method to enter contact! Total shambles and you will be getting this issue more! Be cautious when utilizing this website!
