Really bad, nasty customer service

I requested a bag online at the conclusion of January. There is a deficiency within the carrier, and so I experimented with contact them through their "Contact Us" type to acquire return directions, but received no reaction. I eventually returned towards the pay support I'd employed for this deal and acquired a contact address and published for them. (There's no telephone number for Customer Support.) Without exception, every mail I've obtained from their store continues to be unpleasant. It got 2 weeks to get an upgraded carrier. Once obtained, I published for them seeking compensation for my delivery costs to come back the faulty carrier and received this reaction, "Nothing within our conditions and problems claims something about delivery and handling costis refund.", and, after I attacked it, stating "You delivered me faulty product. Why must I be out the cash I'd to pay for to come back it?", their reaction was "We'd to cover the delivery to deliver the bag back. We have stated enough previously with no longer may examine this problem."

Do Not get from aboutrends, regardless of how adorable you believe the item is - itis not worth it!
