Bait and Switch/BAD Customer Sevice

Consumer beware! I requested and taken care of a: 3 Qt Torchietto Stainless Push for $89.99. But what I obtained was small one: 2 Qt push. I confirmed that it's small one, since the one delivered by them retains a maximum of 2 quarts of fluid, not the 3 Qts that I need and taken care of. I further confirmed that it had been smaller when put alongside my buddyis 3 Qt Torchietto push. I lived in Europe for 15 years, therefore have huge understanding of centimeter dimensions. Was expecting that it had been delivered in error, but clearly Innovative Cookware offers garbage and lies! I needed to switch small one in my own ownership for the bigger correct one which I requested and taken care of. They'dnot make use of the trade and not just made me purchase the return, but getting a restocking charge. It'll charge me more to deliver it back. That which you get isn't that which you purchase together, plus NO customer support. Do not order through them!!!
