Never shipped and failure to answer phone when calling

Requested the "Can-Can by Paris Hilton bunch using the shower gell and product on the website to get a nice 16 present. After I contact the telephone point it moves push 1 to-order other calls push 2. Whenever you push two they tell call-back between 7am - in my opinion it stated 9pm. I had been calling on the morning they claim they're available at 11:18. Should you contact to put an order they're happy to reply the telephone and that I believed anything was bad since my item nevertheless hadn't delivered. I have to stop this purchase and purchase a brand new one by friday today because of this scam of the website.
