Why can't I play the badge games

When I try to play the badge challange games. A message comes up stateing game can't load. It's very upsetting when I have been a member for about 4 years. Have every thing updated that is need for the sight. I have also turned off pop-up-blockers. This has been happening for about 3 weeks. I hope this gets resolved soon or i will not renew my subscription...
