Unauthorized charges

I applied W & D for awhile after I first began downloading ebooks in early 2010 to rean about the T&D e-drader. At-one stage, I purchased a guide that willnot obtain. Approached them, they offered me credit for this, no prob. Some weeks later, once they released their Space audience, I again bought a guide to downloan on my iPhone. Did not obtain. Attempted every means possible and would not function (use computers a great deal and often may "back-door" issues or encourage them to work somehow). I again approached them-and requested for credit. They first offered me some garbage about "proper structure." And so I examined the website again - guide nevertheless stated "online" and had NOTHING stating just in a few platforms.informed them that. Returned and forth together over just like a $10 cost. Lastly stated the-hell withit and simply did not do anymore business together. Awhile back, spouse chose to surprise me having a Space. It really was nice and that I did not wish to rush his bubble, therefore informed him how nice he's and began utilizing it. For him. Personally, I discovered it to be always a somewhat obsolete bit of garbage, having a poor glare about the display and instead "user-unfriendly" plan, etc. Oh well. It had been nice. Therefore a week ago I had been overlooking my bank account and found they'd billed me twice for just one book. All $7.99. But I approached them, backup/sticking both costs out-of my bank record (it had been billed to some bank card) and requested them to return me my income. Couple of days later I obtain a "thanks so much..." e from their website. Could I supply particular data, etc. - section of that was a duplicate of the costs, that we'd previously supplied. And so I supplied everything. Got this type of "pro-forma" elizabeth stating that "indeed, we billed you $7.99 for that purchase. Cheers and also have a pleasant evening." Therefore elizabeth'd again - resent the backup/stick from bank statement. Got the exact same e again. Therefore attempted once again - recommending they browse the elizabethis (when they were able). Lastly recognized, "Louise" and "Douglas" do not occur. It is only a regular elizabeth that W&D directs to people, attempting to put them on along by not being receptive and needing one to maintain giving them stuff. After having invested about 45 minute to one hour of my period, I understood I really could contact my lender and challenge the cost. They not just billed it back again to T&D - however they'll probably need to spend the banks regular $12 charge back payment also. W&n is just a bad faith, rip-off organization!!! Do not utilize them. And do not purchase a space. They are a bit of crap and never worth greater than perhaps $25. Definitely not the $100 my husband settled. Proceed kindle!!!
