They have no idea how to help customers

I hate this website. They simply explained that I really couldnot replenish an Rx which was created annually ago that I'd stuffed about 6 mos ago. The CS representative I talked to was therefore unhelpful. She simply stated there is nothing they might do (or might do) and that I am from fortune. I've your dog with serious allergies and that I require these medications to keep him relaxed. I'dnot make use of them again. They've no idea just how to assist clients.
