It took me nine months to catch this type of cheating fraud. Thanks to this site, I called them, and they said they would refund the entire $63. The best part is that they got my information when I purchased Norton Systemworks 2003 upgrade from Digital River, www.digitalriver.com. Ironic, isn't it, buying something to enhance security led to this type of ripoff.
