Struggling to Confirm New Email, Wants Live Chat Support

I have been battling to change my email and password, and now I am battling to get the email as per below. Facebook needs to have live chat linked to Facebook for client services.

"Please confirm your new email. In order to access your account, please check for an email at [Email Removed]. Simply click the link in that email to confirm your new email address. If you did not receive your email, click here to resend."
