Bank Of America-in Texas Making money off of me with the "pending" debits/credits and NSFs. Its all bull... They steal from disabed folks. They steal from anyone! Dallas, Ft. Worth

From the time First Texas turn into First Gibraltar to Bank of America could have missed a name or two When I opened my account at First Texas inside a Kroger store in Garland, Texas, I really thought the service was wonderful! My credits went in first, and then my debits were extracted Not so any longer. Now they have this PENDING staging area build within the maze of bull! I have lost so much money because of this crap! I live on my disability check I receive ea. Month. I check my account make my adjustments from the pending amount which is supposedly shows you a balance of what you have with that money gone.

I make the allowances for such debits My debit card transactions are not shown real time.in fact, they seem to show up just in time to muck you over with the OD fees $35 buck for a $7.00 purchases, I feel this is stealing on Bank of America's part and they darn sure know it! I have had this same account for approx 28years and in the last 7 years still can't get ahead of their game to be in the black This month it's now added up to approx $300 That was to be my round trip to New York to be with my sister, as her husband is a dead beat dad! Last month I was just praying for any help because we needed food so bad. I have a 6yr and 18yr/senior Good food is not cheap by any means!

Just how is the average person to get ahead of this bull crap every bank I know practices??? What do we do?
