A month after order, card never got charged, product never got shipped

Requested on February 26th. Per month later, card never got billed, item never got delivered. After many emails, no reaction but purchase was abruptly billed on my card. After many more months and not getting item, I named along with a client representative stated he'd return my card. After MANY MORE MONTHS but still no item, I sent again wondering where my refund was along with a day or two later in the place of handling the guaranteed reimbursement, I get a contact stating my product continues to be delivered. This site is just a shame to online ordering. After weeks of looking to get an item with terrible conversation, I'd spend two times as much to get a item from the genuine organization before I'd purchase from their website again.
