I requested two download deals (PhotoShop CS5 and Illustrator CS5) eight nights before on eValueSoftware's site given that they confirmed to be "in-stock". The series of occasions have now been:

1) email from their store almost instantly stating I Would possess the packages in 2 hours

2) Four times later, I pinged them concerning the insufficient a second email

3) Five times into this, they delivered me PhotoShopis download

4) six-days involved with it, I questioned what occurred to Illustratoris download. They accepted that they're A SIZABLE organization (after I charged them to be three yahoos exercising of various garages) and did not have Illustrator in-stock

5) 7 days involved with it, they delivered ME-BOTH PhotoShop (again — various rules!) and Illustrator. After I tried installing, it was not suitable for my device (despite purchasing it properly initially).
