Service was for gamer edition 2.5mg up 2.5mg down after months of complaining company finally said they could not get it to that their service was not capable of delivering to my area at that speed.

Although they charged me for months and tried to blame my equipment and i used theirs to show it was not mine.

Thats when they decided they could not deliver the services i was/had been paying for.

Wrote the BBB several times and got no response from them. They gave them A rating. Lots are having same problem.

Advertisement online states they have this service false advertisment. Company cannot deliver service.
