ATT mounted a 3.0 rate dsl container in my own house in 2007. I've reported each year since installation. Their technicians kept saying it had been in my own phone-line. They kept delivering telephone technicians out. Our dsl kept getting slower and slower. DSL technicians needed me to maintain troubleshooting which didn't support. They declined to deliver tthe correct tech out, a dsl technology. While somebody might ask house telephone we'd drop web connection. A week ago the dsl got toughest, we could not get online all night. I named and required to understand when they might solve this problem once as well as for all or I'd consider my company elsewhere. Nowadays a dsl technology arrived. He explained he might discover where additional technicians had completed function, however the issue was somebody offered me the incorrect dsl container! I named ATT and requested for many kind of payment for that four decades of horrible web. They offered me a $100 credit. Is that this enough payment. I say no! Personally I think they ought to apologize written down and provide me more credit on my bill.in the end it had been FOUR decades of POOR support.
