Unable to repair icemaker, refuse to replace

I bought a Whirlpool fridge, and also the icemaker hasn't worked in 8 weeks. I named Conns, who offered me the (972) 661-5297 Service-Center quantity. The Service-Center set up something visit Having A&E, and that I got a holiday day-to be-at house once they came. One hour before my visit, I had been informed With A&ELIZABETH their technology had obtained a 'last second' holiday time! I expected for that supervisor who further mentioned their technicians are permitted to consider last second holiday times, without prior notice... Plus they don't maintain technicians on stand by because of this. It was the only real technology providing my region, therefore my holiday time was lost. I've had (3) 'Conns technicians' visit my house, not one of them were not able to correct my icemaker. I created many calls towards the “Resolution Center”, and was educated following the next technology couldn't restore my icemaker they'd replace…. NOT! Our alternative was refused. While customers buy extended guarantees, they anticipate them to become recognized. Our therapy throughout this method continues to be undesirable, to express minimal. I've yet to get an answer for my issue.
