Notice to Customers: I requested two Feeling AdvatnEdge kayaks from DirectBoats.com 2-3 weeks before. The webiste claims that many orders ship in 14 days. I put my purchase within the telephone, and particularly requested the client support consultant when the ships were in-stock. He explained, "Yes, your ships have been in inventory and certainly will ship in 14 days or less." After 14 days handed I delivered a contact request to monitor the improvement of my purchase. I had been sent a few times later and informed that my ships weren't likely to vessel for another 3 months. Because it tunrs out, the ships weren't in-stock and therefore are really in manufacturing. From the time-my ships boats it'll be 5 months in the period I put my purchase. This may not upset me, aside from the truth that I requested at that time I put my purchase and was informed these were in-stock. If you should be thinking about obtaining a vessel for that summertime I'd recommend you purchase it from elsewhere

Notice to DirectBoats: Your customer support reps aren't involved and badly educated. I'm really unhappy that I had been supplied with misinformation after I put my purchase. I really hope you consider this feedback significantly and consider steps to coach your team and enhance your business methods.
