Free delivery means they'll not ship for 3-week

I put an Internet purchase on June 23 for yard sculptures of two cranes. Our charge card was billed the entire quantity on June 29.

The web site boasts "Free Delivery" everywhere but cautions the product "Usually ships in 1-2 months." Today (July 15), 3 months later, I've to email them to determine exactly what the standing of my purchase is basically because I'venot noticed something from their website ie. Back-ordered, etc.

Customer Support responds that "Your purchase has already been within our shipping office. It'll deliver today or even newest by Friday. You'll get a Fedex mail notice using the following range the moment the purchase is acquired from the provider. Purchases with Free Delivery may deliver via regular ground support. Please recommend should you desire to approve hurry delivery support (dash fees apply)."

Easily had recognized, in advance, the Free Delivery intended they'dnot actually vessel for 3 months, I'd have taken care of delivery to, ideally, receive my purchase faster.
