Is a total ripoff company!

I had ordered an item off of this company and then read all the horrible things about this company so I had emailed them the next day to cancel and did not hear anything from them until three days later. They emailed me back and stated that they do not take any returns.

Well, I did not even receive a tracking number on the purse yet and when I told them that I did not have anything to return, they replied with a tracking number. They will not give me a phone number or address of the company and will not return any of my emails!!! I am so frustrated! If anyone could please help in this matter, I would greatly appreciate. I have never heard that you can't cancel an order!!!
