I ordered a Louis Vuitton Dalmation Need You bag from Exactbags.com and did not receive it. I had to send numerous emails and received very rude replys from them telling me they sent it, etc. And that it was up to me to track it down. I was never given a tracking number in which to do so.

Finally, I contacted proBilling, their billing partner, and my credit card company. I received word last week that the charger of $225.00 will be credited back to my account but many people have not had such outcomes and lost their money. A fried ordered the same bag and when it came it was plastic and what was to be calfhair was in fact fake fur. The bag was so ugly we laughed then she cried. She was told there were no returns even though they grossy misrepresented their product.

Word to the wise: If you want an authentic bag, or something that looks like one, go to the retailer or do not buy without first seeing the product. There are many scammers out there.
