Took my money promising next day delivery, but took 2 weeks to delive

Complete couple of criminals. Required my cash encouraging following day shipping, but required 14 days to provide.By this time around I'd created 2 efforts to stop the purchase by e-mail since 14 days was too late for my partner's birthday, but no response.

Ultimately they sent a contact stating they might take a return like a good-will motion, but I'd need to spend to deliver it back and could be returned less the outbound shipping cost stocking charge.

It's today 28th March and that I have had no reimbursement despite them stating they had. I put the purchase in December.

These folks really should be halted from trading.
