I bought a bunkbed about the EClick Furniture site. I named them first to ensure these were genuine, examined at Businesses Home etc plus they appeared okay, and so I proceeded with my purchase of the bunkbed for my boy's birthday for some £279. The cost was created on 3 March. A couple of weeks later, I chased them up to get a shipping day and was informed that it'd consider 14 business days. I approached them again via telephone plus they stated that the mattress was in-stock and might contact the distribution center to check on why no shipping day had been administered. They never called me back. I started pursuing them, but their phone program keeps stating "we're experiecing complex issues etc". I've quit atleast 9 communications, delivered 3 emails and also have had no reaction. It's now been thirty days therefore have created for them (in the office and also to the Representativeis house details) according to Trading Standards guidance. I've required a reimbursement, but am not optimistic. I settled via my bank card and my lender have stated I'm not protected. All I'd like is my £279 back - I can not get my boy another present once we don't have any cash today

I've now observed a community declaring how poor The Corporation is - with entried delivered through right now. With people getting the same problem. I've realized that the scammers have stored their site operating, so might be still getting requests, however they have eliminated their telephone number. This website need closing down.
