Mattel.com was horrible. I put an order to get a babydoll. Our CREDIT was billed and that I got an email stating my purchase delivered, however the doll never turned up following a couple of days, and so I sent their customer support to that they even today never answered to my mail. So then I named them-and a lady at Mattel.com recognized they never delivered my product despite the fact that they claimed they did. She stated they'll deliver out in a number of times:- (I required this to get a present for my child's birthday celebration in 4 times plus they can't vessel it in my experience any faster because of their mistake! I mentioned I want to get a reimbursement, when I'll will have to visit a shop and purchase another toy for my child. The girl appeared frustrated by this demand but stated she ended the purchase and did the reimbursement. - fourteen days later I'd to contact Mattel.com once more, since my CREDIT nevertheless was not acknowledged for that reimbursement. Today a brand new lady informs me the final lady never joined my reimbursement demand! So that they were simply likely to grab my cash! I've yet to verify that my CREDIT has obtained a reimbursement of the cancelled purchase.
