Qwest turns off phone without advance notice Ripoff

Qwest turned off my phone without notice and then when I tried to reach them they claimed they were closed until Monday which I know better than that. They are in violation with their contract with me and I will be filing a complaint also with the BBB and then will sue them if anything that happens to me during this lag time that I will have to wait.
