Took my money but I have no website

I hired Anthonie Ruinard of Legacygraphicdesigns.com to create, host, and market my web site.

He guaranteed 300 hits a day on my new site. I've paid him almost 600 dollars and have nothing to show for it. He did create my web site Trustremodeling.com but I couldn't get him to update my site with the testimonials I sent him. He wouldn't respond to repeated emails or text messages. Now my site seems to have disappeared completely. I tried emailing, texting, and voice mail with no response. He has since blocked me from calling him so now I can't leave voice mails. My web site has been down for weeks and I can't get him to respond to fix it or let me host it with another provider. So now I'm out all my money and have no web site.
