No service for high fees

We are a small not for profit swim league that paid BDproductions to create and host our website. Our website was created (although it took a long time) and was hosted — for a while. When it was time to renew, we were told we had to pay for the year in advance. I asked around and was told that this was okay. So I paid in November for the year.

In May, our website disappeared.

I emailed Ben and was told that his host provider "up and left him" Our website has not been up for at least 6 weeks and these are the six most important weeks of the swim season.

We have requested a refund and have reported him to the BBB.

I do not recommend this company. Communication is great until he receives your money and then replies to emails are few and far in between. He does not follow through on timelines, updates, or hosting the site.
