Bad customer service

I am writing to alert people about joining Host Lawn internet hosting or www.serveryard.com

Your site went down many times during the last 2 weeks. I have tried achieving Host Lawn or AllHostingSolutions.com via mail and also the talk function they provide about the Host Lawn site, however it seems they do not have customer support.

No telephone number to achieve them-and they do not answer emails. The only real emails I Have actually obtained would be the emails which are car-produced informing me they've gotten my request. They consider your cash, host your site but provide nothing in the manner of assistance.
