They didnt send me my rebate Chicago

I signed up for service in October. As a rebate for signing up I was supposed to receive a $35 american express giftcard. I sent everything in as I was supposed to and was supposed to receive it in 4-6 weeks. When it wasn't here by December, I called them and they told me they had everything, but it was 4-6 weeks AFTER my initial 30 day trial period where I could cancel my membership. I understood that. I continued to check the website and it said the rebate was submitted, there was never a mailed date on it. I called them to check on it, the guy told me according to his records it was mailed, he couldnt give me a card #, and I was told I had to call AMEX. I called them, gave them my name and address and they had no record of it. I called the company back and he said there was a glitch in their file, that I was the first person that called (yeah, right) and they were working on it. I was hung up on several times as I was inquiring about when I would receive my $35 amex gift card.
