They don't respond to emails and as of yet have not refunded my money

I have requested several times from their store as well as their brother website Sinister Chocolate. I have obtained the item formerly however often weeks later-after I'd overlooked I put the purchase. I recently put an order in Jan to get a present and contains not appeared, they do not react to emails so that as of however haven't returned my income.
