I requested some chocolate-brown cotton blankets like a Mom's Time present for my mother. First criticism—they delivered me a voucher for that incorrect shade (pink). I approached them via email to fix the issue, and was informed to not receive the voucher, they might correct it. (it was on 5-2-12) today is 5-24-12. It has been over 3 months since I have put the purchase plus they obtained their cash—Mom's Evening has come and eliminated—and that I still haven't had this problem solved. I've approached them many more occasions, and was informed the very first 3 times the supervisor was focusing on it. They've not really bothered to answer my last several emails. The deals you'll get are produced from their website—how difficult could it be to alter the colour on a single? I ought to also state that my last email requested the issue be solved or that I get a reimbursement&no response.
