They will not refund your money!
This is one of the worst managed companies I have ever dealt with. Not only was their internet speed terrible but their customer service is set up on a tiered basis so you will get nowhere when you call them. You can spend hours on the phone and each time you call you will be forced to start the same tedious process over again with no record of your previous call.
I canceled the service and returned the purchased equipment within their so called 'trial period'. You are suppose to get a full refund. This has yet to happen after two months and many calls which resulted in my being told to wait another forty eight hours with a guarantee the money would be credited back to my debit card.
It truly reminds me of some boiler room fly by night rip off scam. I have no idea how they stay in business.
I will be taking them to court shortly!
