Its not worth a lower price if they steal your money on shipping charges for out of stock items

Requested an oil dipstick & holster channel out of this website. When I visited checkout, my delivery cost was $3.45.included a break line & it confirmed a separate delivery cost only for the line itself, for $7.50. Our card was billed for that price of 3 products & equally shipping costs. Per week later, I get the dipstick & channel, but no breather line. No description for my absent component about the bill, providing slip or by mail, NOTHING. And so I e-mail them after many useless efforts to get hold of them by telephone & obtain a reaction declaring the line was sold-out & I ought to locate a reimbursement to my card from the end-of the week. I sent them back wondering basically'd even be getting a reimbursement for that $7.50 separate delivery cost with this sold-out product, to that they replied that I'd just get a reimbursement of the $3.45 delivery cost if something.
