Poor clothing quality, no shipping refund

Women's list apparel organization Monterey Bay doesn't return delivery on any products, even when they're faulty. The caliber of their apparel is bad. I purchased three products and two of these were faulty. I attempted to switch them, however they did not have anymore in-stock. I expected to get a reimbursement about the products as well as about the delivery. I acquired a-1 penny reimbursement about the delivery! I wound up spending $13.99 delivery about the one product I held which price $19.99!
