They took my server OFFLINE for a forgotten invoice, THEY NEVER SENT AN EMAIL or gave any warning, they were supposed to be monitoring and pinging the server and notifying if it goes down,
Was down for a week, made me lose thousands of dollars since these are dating sites that are not updated more than once a month. Failed to even credit the 2 months payment or anything for that matter. Not even an apology
