GNAX host Failed to Provide Server for 3 weeks and denied to resolve Hardware problems

First of all I hoped it wouldn't have to come to this since I thought that GNAX were a Reputable provider, which proved to be false. This is for a number of reasons

1.) They failed to provide me with my server for 3 WEEKS with no response at all from Sales.

2.) Every ticket which I opened on the issue was replied to either saying "I don't care" or "Reboot the server, which goes to show that they are unknowledgeable to be even running or working in a Datacenter in the first place.

3.) The server of which already took 3 weeks to order went down 3 days after it was delivered and was not responding after numerous reboots.in the end it was a hardware problem, which it took 10 hours for them to reply, saying it was a hardware problem. I replied asking them to fix it and 32 hours later I received another reply basically saying that they were just too lazy. From the time my server went offline to the time of which they fixed the hardware problem it ended up being 6 1/2 days.
