Delmar Denson Took my money illegal software

I gave the owner of this company Delmar Denson $1,000 after we came up with the specs of the computer that I wanted. It took him 3 weeks to get me my computer and I also had to pick him up because he didn't have any transportation. He came over to my house spent hours here installing and downloading software onto the computer. I took him back home.

When I got back home I finally got to play on the computer, and I realized nothing was what I wanted. He ended up giving me a $300 computer, if I didn't know anything about computers he would have gotten away with it and I would have never known. Here is what was wrong with the computer after I had a closer look; CPU, motherboard, ram, video card, monitor, he didn't have a HDMI cable for the monitor so he told me to go buy one, and the most ridiculous thing was he stole my printer power cable to use for this new computer because he didn't have one.

And of course this was all without telling me. I was asking him questions about this computer making sure it will do what I need it to do and asking him if it has all of the original specs. He replied yes it's a great computer. Again if I didn't know anything about computers he would have gotten away with it. Not to mention the software including the OS i have no CD's for nor certificates of authenticity therefore it is illegal software. If you come across this company "Structure PC Systems" located in NJ or Delmar Denson, don't use them. He won't give me my $1,000 back nor will he give me the correct computer. I will be taking this problem to court. But this is a fair warning do not use Structure PC Systems or Delmar Denson.
