FastTelco
This Cheating company kept my subscription without providing any service

I bought a one-year service with FastTelCo, and was promised that it would only activate when my phone-line (promised by landlord) was connected and the Civil ID of the owner was provided. The landlord refused to supply his Civil ID, so I went back to the place where I had paid for the subscription. The salesman said that he couldn't authorise a refund and to contact Customer Care.

I eventually contacted customer care (after 3 more attempts to get a FastTelco outlet to refund), but was told that I was out of time, since more than a year had passed by, even though my first notification had been within a few months of contacting FastTelco about this problem. Customer Care said they would get their Manager to contact me, but nothing happened.

My beef is:
1) That FastTelco made promises they didn't keep. They promised me that the subscription wouldn't start until the line was available to them, and that a refund would be made if this didn't happen.
2) FastTelco never advised me of any time limitation.
3) FastTelco did not contact me, despite my several visits to their retail outlets.
4) FastTelco acted arbitrarily, without recourse to appeal, or any discussion on this matter.
5) They cheated me, and should be held accountable.
6) The only way I can get my money back is by engaging a lawyer at considerable greater cost than the loss already incurred.

My recommendation is: Don't subscribe FastTelco!!
