Bad Business Practices

I've been an associate on Ebay for 10 years. I have purchased in addition to offered, having just two problems in most these years. I offered an infant guide the customer transformed their brain on. I gave them a return, nevertheless, upon getting the guide back, it had been destroyed. It appeared as if it'd been resting in the torrential rain (perhaps on the patio). I approached Ebay and was informed I'd to come back the cash since their was no evidence the guide appeared as if that after the customer obtained it (the customer stated in feedback that it had been obtained in excellent problem). I declined and Ebay required the cash anyhow. Used to do not market again for over annually. A week ago I offered a few sets of trousers which were non-refundable (did not wish to cope with incorrect measurement problems). She needed a return and exposed an incident, declaring these were not what she requested. I named Ebay plus they stated used to do not need to provide her a return, their were pictures and explanations and that I mentioned no results. Ebay offered the customer my telephone number, who subsequently quit unpleasant communications on my answering machine. I named her back and informed her I'd provide her a reimbursement upon getting the trousers back but wouldn't purchase her return shipment. She said okay. I never obtained the trousers back and also the situation was increased from the customer, stating their were spots about the trousers (it was more than per week later). Ebay released a reimbursement and that I never got the trousers back. I instantly shut my consideration which based on them, will require 180 times. They've also managed to get to where you are able to just keep constructive feedback for customers. Should you market on Ebay, you place your Paypal acct in danger. They'll consider the cash oout, even although you don't recognize. They'll also provide your contact info out without your permission as was completed in my experience.
