I purchased a $100 cable device for Time-Warner Road Runner support using the comprehending that I'd get a $90 refund from broadbandoffers.com. I never obtained the refund and today broadbandoffers is informing me they shipped the refund in March plus they can't reissue the inspections despite the fact that their documents show the inspections were never banked. I never received any discounts from broadbandoffers.
