It starts out with promises of support and success, short hours, quick recovery of your investment and ongoing training with a guarantee of "we won't let you fail. It all sounds good. The problems are: phone calls and emails are slow to be returned and questions take a long time to get answered or don't get answered; Many hours are spent chasing dead ends and you aren't told until you have spent many hours chasing these dead ends; you pay large sums of money and you do all the work; all the costs are not disclosed up front (and there are many); as of 2/28 the phones and web site are non functional and there has been no communication; all my emails are returned and phone calls receive a busy signal.
