No response to my attempts at contact

Put an order. $265. Taken care of. Paid $10 for priority delivery. Have not obtained it however, and so I named and delivered several emails. No reaction to my efforts at contact. I've since required a complete reimbursement given that I've not got my purchase. Seems reasonable... But wait... No body continues to be reacting. Thieves and scumbags.
