Unauthorized charges

I put an order on 2/8/9 for 8 bottles of fragrance oils, for a total of $49.15, including delivery. The Aroma Expert charged my Credit card quickly, after which never delivered the purchase. I delivered numerous emails, and obtained one reaction encouraging to deliver the purchase the next week. Which was atleast per month before. I've nevertheless not gotten my purchase. I expected to get a reimbursement, and also have not obtained that both.
