Became member, software did not work. Got no help, no refund

I've joined 247downloads and paid my 2year membership fee of $33. Downloaded the software, read the help file/manual and tried various times to make it work, but to no avail.

I emailed them 3 times to ask for help. They even specified what I should ask for, but still no reply. After a week of trying and waiting. I decided to cancel my membership and ask for a refund, because after all I got no benefits (except for wasting my time) from this membership.

Emailed then 3 times again, requesting a refund and cancellation of membership. And guess what??? NO REPLY!!!

What can I do with these thieves?
